To place an order by telephone or to make enquiries, please call [+44] (0)1305 781574. We accept payment by credit card or debit card, by cheque, or by direct bank transfer. We require pre-payment on all orders.

Payment by credit or debit card
We accept all major credit cards, i.e. MasterCard, Maestro and VISA, as well as Direct Debit cards. If you purchase using a credit or debit card, we will collect the payment in UK pounds sterling; your payment card company will perform any necessary currency conversion. The amount owed will be debited from your account before the goods are despatched to you.

Payment by cheque
Cheques should be made out in UK pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank; please make cheques payable to Micelle Press.

Payment by direct bank transfer to the Micelle Press account
Details of our account, including BIC and IBAN codes for international purchasers, will be provided upon request.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
Customers registered for VAT in EU Member States outside the UK should provide us with their EC VAT registration number, including the two-letter country prefix code, which we must show on our VAT sales invoice to enable us to zero-rate the supply.  Books sold within the UK are zero-rated for VAT purposes.

The prices shown on this website are quoted in UK pounds sterling (GBP). They are correct at 1 September 2010, but are subject to change without notice. If you wish to verify current prices before ordering, please ask for a pro forma invoice. Trade enquiries are welcome.

Refund policy
If, on receipt, you find that the books that you ordered are unsuitable for your purposes, they may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receiving the order. All returns are made at your risk and cost and must be made within 30 days of receipt of the books. All unwanted books must be in a new, unused and resalable condition. Please therefore repackage them securely and send them, with the reason for return, the invoice number, your e-mail address and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or replacement, to the address stated above.

We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.

Upon receipt of the returned books, we will refund the full purchase price. Refunds will be made according to the manner in which payment was received.

If your books were damaged in shipment or are not the ones you ordered, you may request a replacement within 10 days of original shipment. We will either replace them at no cost to you or refund the original invoice charge for the books and your return postage costs. Again, refunds will be made according to the manner in which payment was received.
