If, on receipt, you find that the books that you ordered are unsuitable for your purposes, they may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling, or an exchange, within 14 days of your receiving the order. All returns are made at your risk and cost and must be made within 14 days of receipt of the book or books. All unwanted books must be received by us in a new, unused and resaleable condition. Books that have been damaged or defaced will not be considered resaleable, so please ensure that they are packaged securely.
If your books are defective, have become damaged or lost in shipment or are not the ones you ordered, you may request a replacement or a refund within 14 days of your receiving the order. We will either replace them at no cost to you or refund the original invoice charge for the books and your return postage costs. Again, refunds will be made within 14 days of our receiving the defective, damaged or mistakenly supplied books and according to the manner in which payment was received.
Please include with your return the invoice number, your e-mail address and instructions as to whether you wish to receive a refund or a replacement. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service, as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
